Prices are per workspace. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled, and a cancellation keeps the workspace active until the end of the current billing period.
How access works
Signup takes your organization name, your name, and your work email, and LaunchIQ does not ask for a password on this page. The next step is secure checkout, where you enter payment details for the plan you selected. No charge runs today, and your 14-day free trial begins at checkout. When checkout completes, we send a setup email to your work email with a secure link, and that link lets you set your password and open your workspace. Inside the workspace, the setup checklist guides your first project, your first data import or source connection, and your first team invitations. You can cancel anytime from Admin Panel → Workspace, and your workspace stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Choose a plan and check out. We collect a payment method to start the trial; you are charged $0 today.
- Check your email. We email your admin a link to set a password and open the workspace, usually within a minute.
- Run the setup wizard. Name your workspace, create your first project, and import or connect your data.
- Your trial runs for 14 days. On day 15 it converts to the plan you chose, at the price shown above. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing.
